Help the Omega Foundation try to improve the quality of life for anyone who has HIV/AIDS. According to the web site PubMed.com (the United States government's medical website), there are phytonutrient enzymes, called xanthones, that have been reported in a scientific journal, Planta Medica, to "significantly inhibit" HIV replication in a Petrie dish. The articles about this are included by a link here. There are ten replication steps that the immature HIV virus takes to convert to the mature virus that causes AIDS. This product, a mangosteen whole-fruit puree, contains the xanthones which seem to affect the Protease (an enzyme that facilitates the HIV conversion process) and interrupts the replication steps, thus keeping the HIV from becoming AIDS. There is a newly brought-to-market, proprietary-formulated, functional health beverage that contains this phytonutrient, a puree of a fruit, the Mangosteen, from Southeast Asia. The goal of Omega Foundation, a 501 C 3 Charity, is to get enough of this product into the hands of those who would best benefit from its use. The Donation Program | The people involved in this program, having the trial portion of the product provided for them at no cost, would be (in the U. S. and Canada) accepting an initial order of 16 cases. The 16 cases of product will be paid for by Omega Foundation and shipped directly to them. The first month they will receive 10 cases, and over the next six months, they will receive 1 case a month. If they wish to continue on the product after they have finished these cases, they will then need to use their own resources. (For other countries' {International} donations, it will also be 16 cases of product over six months.) The monthly cost thereafter, if one wishes to continue with the product on their own, would be $100/case {US} plus shipping and taxes and an annual $20.00 {US} payment to maintain a wholesale membership status. Some of the volunteers are working out of their own homes and cities. Check with your county medical clinic and see if there is an AIDS program already established. Then, if there is, write a letter to the head of the clinic informing them of this new product, this website, and that you want to help. You may want to do the same thing for doctors in your town or city. Follow up with a personal call or visit to see if they have taken the time to find the information and consider its usefulness. Spread the word that there is relief available from the opportunistic diseases that have so easily beset those patients whose immune systems have been devastated by AIDS.
